When we talk about one of the most popular messaging applications with over one billion downloads, we call on WhatsApp. The app is owned by Facebook and the company has decided to leave WhatsApp on some older versions of Android and iOS.
Keep in mind that WhatsApp's years back have stopped working on Symbian S60 and Blackberry OS devices and are now planning to stop WhatsApp on older versions of Android.
It's good to know that the Messenger app stopped working on Android versions before 2.3.3, Windows Phone 8.0 and older, iPhone 3GS / iOS 6, Nokia Symbian S60, BlackBerry OS, and BlackBerry 10.
List Of Devices To Stop Working With WhatsApp
- Nokia S40 (on December 31, 2018)
- Android versions 2.3.7 and older (on February 1, 2020)
- iOS 7 and older (on February 1, 2020)
